During the Festival everything is a part of 'nature embodiment': living, eating, sleeping, being, breathing, laughing, singing, and of course intense work with body, breath & voice: which might go on until the energy is flowing, even with the stars of the night, and start with first sparks of sun. Core schedule is a flexible structure. 

 

Essence of Festival is a 6 days Intensive, with specific main theme, found out during the month Laboratory. Each day has its sub-theme.

 

 

Each day of the Festival is fullfilled with:

 

(1) morning meditations & exercises;

 

(2) a week intensive on body & voice, with main theme which grows from NE Laboratory experience;

 

Nature Embodied Intensive consists of: workshops & labs guided by Nature Embodied Team (each day has different theme, guided by different "organic association of teachers", developed during the Laboratory);

 

(3) 6 days intensive sharing the main common path discovered during the Laboratory;

 

(4) evening CI, voice and music jams;

 

(5) performances of Nature Embodied Team;

 

(6) relaxation sessions;

 

(7) possibility of attending individual bodywork, massage, therapeutic and technical sessions;

 

(8) exploring different beautiful places in La Palma in extraordinary way with extraordinary people.
