The project is a platform of exchange, where the language is spoken is the language of body, voice, music and space.
Why to 'embody the nature'?
. To practice various physical traditions in „special” circumstances – living very close to nature – experiencing its influence on the practice.
. To explore how this work can influence performers work, and how to refresh and enliven performers training.
. To nourish our bodies with natural forces (sun, wind, earth, sea…), that it will become truly visible in our performative expression.
. To build a deep body awareness and expression, based on (inter)action and reflection.
. To explore fields of self-diagnosis, and self-reflection, as a part of group process.
. To develop skills of communication in a group, under influence of daily task and trainings.
. To confront the studio work in studio… with studio work in nature.
. Through daily training, healthy food and natural environment – to achieve greater health, agility, flexibility, strength, stamina, body coordination, mind focus and concentration.
. To become aware of our potential and ability to control our energy & change our energy, as well as shape of our spiritual and emotional mindset.
Intense being in nature.
Intense body & voice work in nature.
To re-find our body and open for spontaneous flowing pure act .
From being in nature, to 'be the nature'. From observing nature, to be the reflection of nature.
From observing ourselves, to know ourselves. From performing ourselves, to be ourselves.
The meaning of the daily intense being together in very plain condtions:
. A daily process of living & training together, which implies that human connection are in a dynamic, are continually reawakened, in a process that flows from the training space to the daily engagement in the community we create (project participants & our hosts).
.To broaden our dexterity and ability to „speak” through a diverse range of ideas, images and vocabularies.
. To create a field of mutual exchange & togetherness in a process. In that way to melt the borders between training and performance techniques, to broaden individual expression, and experience the collective resonance
. To broaden individual creative exploration and discoveries. To learn how to draw out new patterns, inspirations, and ways of expression. To learn how to integrate these individual findings into ongoing group work.
It is a process of research, personal exploration and transformation.
It is a journey.
